He talked me off the proverbial ledge a number of times until I was ready to leap - and when I was, he was right there to do the job. Focused, organized, friendly, respectful, and fast. His is also a “green” company: he wants a little as possible to go to landfill, so he “picks” the load to sort for useful items vs junk, and donates to St Vincent’s.
