We are a privately owned junk removal and bulk trash removal service that typically operates on a full-service basis. That means that everything is included in the price; picking up items from wherever they’re located, loading the items into the truck, sweeping up the area when we’re done, and any associated disposal or recycling fees imposed by the city, county or state of California.

Our pricing is simple – you’re paying for how much of the truck you are using up for your removal, mileage and fuel to your location, and any city, county or state disposal fees required for things like tires, old rubber, etc.

For simple pickups involving just 1 or a few large items, we can give you an accurate estimate over the phone or by email.

For larger or more complicated junk removal and trash removal jobs, we can give you a soft estimate or range of costs over the phone based on what you tell us or any pictures you send us by text or email. We will schedule an appointment to come out to your house or business.

Once on site, we’ll look over the job and provide you with a precise quote. If you accept, we’ll get started right then and there.

We typically work on a simple pricing model where you are charged based on how much space your ‘stuff’ takes up in our truck. We’re out on multiple pickups throughout the day, and we use the truck for multiple pickups without emptying it in order to help all of our customers pay the lowest price for junk removal or bulk trash removal in the Bay Area. This simple pricing model means you usually need to see your items in person before we give you a final exact price.

In some situations, we can give you an exact quote over the phone. For one to a few large items where there are no additional disposal fees imposed by the city, county or state of California, we can tell you what our exact price is, as long as we know exactly where you are in the Bay Area. If you’re trying to get an exact price, we recommend you email us and give us your address and a picture or pictures of the items. We’ll get back to you quickly!

Since we typically price based on how much space your items take up in the truck, we need to see the items in person before we can give you an exact price. For some single item removals, we can give you an estimated price before the appointment, but the final price will always be given onsite. We remove hot tubs, sheds, gazebos, chicken coops, dog houses, old trampolines, retired playgrounds, and more. Text us or email us pictures, or call us to schedule a visit to check things out. We are able to perform light demolition work to remove these types of items.

We currently do not take chemicals, solvents or oils, or anything containing asbestos. We also cannot haul away storage drums or oil drums, and do not take oil storage tanks or waste storage tanks.

We’re happy to try to help, if you can’t be at home or onsite. Our goal is always to make things as easy as possible.

Picking up your junk or bulk trash if you are not at the location depends on where the address is in the Bay Area and where the items are. Our team is sometimes able to get the job done even if you aren’t home, as long as the items are easily accessible and we can take payment in advance over the phone.

Of course! We are happy to provide our customers with no-contact for junk removal or bulk trash removal. Our No-Contact Junk Removal service allows us to remove items without direct contact to ensure the comfort and safety of our customers and our teams.
